These terms apply to your use of this website and to any websites, applications, design, analytics or related services provided by A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”), together called the “Services”.

Scope of services and licence
Once an order or statement of work is signed and the amounts due are paid, A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited will provide the agreed Services. These may include website and web application development, mobile app development, product and UX design, search engine optimisation, analytics, and data or reporting work (together, the “Deliverables”).
A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited keeps all rights in its pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries and methods. When the final payment is made, ownership of the bespoke Deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, excluding those pre-existing materials and any third-party components, which remain under their own licences.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully. You must not resell or sublicense the Services except as agreed in writing, use them to infringe intellectual property rights, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, distribute malware, or use any data we provide in breach of privacy or consumer protection laws.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us timely access, content, approvals and accurate information, and for making sure you hold the rights to any material you provide to us.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited does not give any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will produce specific results such as search rankings or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising from the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us under the relevant order in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited, its directors, employees and contractors against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your acts or omissions, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
Interruption of service
Hosting, networks and third-party platforms can occasionally be unavailable. Such interruptions do not make us liable and do not affect payment for Services already provided.
Fees and payment
Fees, milestones and billing terms are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Fees for completed work are not refundable except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Retainers and subscriptions renew for the agreed period unless cancelled in writing.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
Termination
A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited may suspend or end the Services if these terms are materially breached. On termination you must stop using any materials that were licensed to you rather than owned by you.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with any signed order or statement of work, form the entire agreement between you and us on their subject. If they conflict, the signed document takes precedence. Changes must be made in writing.
