How every project runs

Five phases, the same for a company website, a desktop tool or an AI assistant. You always know what happens next, what you will receive and what we need from you.

Discover

We learn how your business works, who the product is for and what success looks like. We review anything you already have, from websites and apps to spreadsheets and software.

You receive

  • A written proposal with scope, timeline and cost
  • A project plan with milestones
  • A list of risks and open questions

Your part

  • Share your goals and examples you like
  • Give access to existing systems
  • Name one person who can make decisions

Design

We shape the structure first with wireframes, then the full visual design. You try a clickable prototype before a line of production code is written.

You receive

  • Wireframes and full designs in Figma
  • A clickable prototype you can share
  • A design system for consistent screens

Your part

  • Review designs and give feedback
  • Provide content, photos and brand assets
  • Approve the final design

Build

We develop in short cycles on a private preview link, so you can use real, working software throughout the project instead of reading status reports.

You receive

  • Working previews after each cycle
  • Short progress notes
  • Testing on real devices and browsers

Your part

  • Try each preview and share feedback
  • Supply test data and accounts
  • Flag changes early

Launch

We check speed, accessibility and security, then go live. That includes redirects, analytics and, for apps, app store submission.

You receive

  • Your live website, app or software
  • Every login and the full source code
  • A handover session and documentation

Your part

  • Give final approval
  • Confirm domains and store accounts
  • Join the handover session

Grow and support

After launch we keep things secure and up to date, and improve them using real data from search, analytics and your users.

You receive

  • Updates and security patches
  • A monthly report in plain language
  • A ranked list of improvements

Your part

  • Share feedback from customers and staff
  • Agree priorities each month
  • Tell us about upcoming plans

How long it takes

Timelines depend on scope, so we agree them in writing during Discover. Three things move them most: how many features the first release includes, how quickly content and feedback arrive, and how many systems we connect to.

  • Start with the smallest release that is genuinely useful.
  • Agree a feedback rhythm, such as replies within two working days.
  • Gather content and logins before Design begins.

Tell us what you are building

Share a few lines about your idea, your users and your deadline. We will reply with questions, a suggested approach and a written estimate.
